I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the recent state visit by His Excellency William Ruto, the President of Kenya. It was a truly memorable and impactful occasion for all of us in the diaspora. President Ruto’s insightful discussion on the ongoing developments back home in Kenya provided us with a clearer understanding of the progress being made and the future direction of our beloved country.
I am particularly grateful to the Kenyans in Ghana officials for the special invitation to this significant event. The opportunity to engage directly with President Ruto was invaluable. I had the privilege to ask questions about the housing levy and to share my political aspirations of becoming an MP for my Kibera constituency. This interaction was both inspiring and motivating, reinforcing my commitment to serve and contribute to the development of our community.
Thank you to everyone involved in organizing this visit, and to President Ruto for his time and dedication to addressing the concerns and aspirations of Kenyans abroad. Your efforts are deeply appreciated and will have a lasting impact on our collective efforts towards national progress.
